Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

Woofio offers subscription options with recurring billing and automatic shipments.

All Woofio subscriptions automatically renew every 30 days until cancelled. This includes subscriptions purchased through a 90 Day Plan.

When you select a subscription, your payment method will automatically be charged every 30 days at the recurring subscription price displayed when you purchase.

The quantity included with each recurring order depends on your dog's selected weight plan.

Your initial subscription order may include additional promotional products, free gifts, goodies or introductory discounts.

Free products, free gifts, goodies and introductory promotional discounts apply to the initial order only and are not included with recurring orders unless explicitly stated otherwise when you purchase.

After your initial order, each recurring shipment contains only the paid 30 day quantity associated with your dog's selected weight plan.

The recurring price and recurring quantity applicable to your subscription are displayed when you purchase.

30 Day Plans

If you select a 30 Day Plan, your initial order contains the quantity displayed for your dog's selected weight plan.

Your subscription then renews every 30 days at the recurring price shown when you subscribed.

Each recurring shipment contains the paid 30 day quantity applicable to your dog's selected weight plan.

Free gifts, goodies, promotional products and introductory discounts included with your initial order are not repeated with recurring orders.

90 Day Plans

If you select a 90 Day Plan, your initial shipment contains the promotional 90 day quantity displayed for your dog's selected weight plan.

Selecting a 90 Day Plan does not mean your subscription renews every 90 days.

Your first recurring payment is scheduled 30 days after your initial order, and your subscription continues to renew every 30 days until cancelled.

Each recurring shipment contains only the paid 30 day quantity associated with your dog's selected weight plan at the recurring price displayed when you subscribed.

Additional products, free gifts, goodies, promotional items and introductory discounts included with your initial 90 Day Plan are not repeated with recurring orders.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting our support team.

To prevent your next recurring payment from being processed, cancellation should be completed at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date.

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

If a recurring payment has already been processed, we may not be able to stop the corresponding order before it enters fulfilment or is dispatched. Cancellation will then apply to future subscription renewals.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights available to you under applicable UK consumer law.

Returns & Refunds

Returns, refunds and the Woofio 90 Day Money Back Guarantee are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.
